• Performing the packaging operation of cheese, monitoring the machinery and ensuring quality of the product
• Sets up and sanitizes all machines prior to daily operation and dismantles and cleans after daily operation
• Making cheese using automated equipment, monitoring machines
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and accurately records all production informationWhat's Needed?
  • Steady standing, lifting, and stretching
  • Frequently lift up to 40lbs, max lift up to 70lbs.
  • Must be able to work in either a cold or hot/humid environment
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a changing work environmentWhat's in it for me?
