Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Seasonal Production Worker to join their team. As a Seasonal Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Seasonal Production WorkerLocation: Birchwood, WIPay Range: $19/hr

Shift: 5am - 3:30pm M-THWhat's the Job?

• Set up, adjust, and operate individual machines and work cells.
• Read process documentation to determine specifications and processing steps.
• Perform quality checks and gather materials for assembly.
• Assist management and maintenance in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Operate sander/buffer tools
• Maintain production records and perform housekeeping duties.What's Needed?
  • Experience operating machinery and knowledge of materials and products.
  • Ability to read and write in English and read a tape measure.
  • Experience with minor preventative maintenance and operator care.
  • Capability to lift over 40lbs occasionally and push/pull 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Understanding of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.What's in it for me?
