Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Consultant to
manage multi-jurisdictional workers compensation claims and
advocate for injured employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims while advocating
for injured employees
Coordinate modified duty placements and track claim durations to
minimize costs
Review and authorize claim reserves and settlements, and maintain
communication with TPA and legal teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma
Preferred experience in workers compensation claims handling
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Willingness to learn new computer systems
