Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Plan/Payer Lean Six Sigma
Architect to lead continuous improvement initiatives across various
value streams.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to implement
Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Manage and monitor end-to-end processes in key value streams such
as Claims and Customer Service Operations
Facilitate organizational change management to ensure sustainable
implementation of process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
5+ years of experience in continuous improvement or health plan
operations
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Hands-on change management experience preferred
