Our clientis seeking 1st Shift Welders to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Welder - 1st ShiftLocation: Ridgeland, WIPay Range: $20/hrWhat's the Job?

• Perform wirefeed welding to fabricate products
• Ensure quality and precision in all welding operations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.What's Needed?
  • Some experience in welding is required.
  • Ability to pass a basic welding test before hire.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
