Talent4Health is seeking a CNA Critical Care/Intensive Care for a travel job in Woodruff, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements

  Required Certs: WI CNA, BLS
  
  50 MILE RADIUS RULE
  Minimum 5 year of short term acute care inpatient experience REQUIRED
  Charting: Epic experience STRONGLY preferred
  Unit Information: Critical Care Unit, MS Unit : Patient Ratio 1:10-1:15 The major
  Contract Length: 13 weeks
  Start Date: ASAP
  Shift: 12hr Variable Days/NOCs
  
  conditions/most frequent diagnoses treated: Adults - respiratory illnesses, stroke, other neurological conditions (such as seizure disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic back pain), gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, other infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal.
  Desired Skillset: Assist with ADLs, full set vitals, POC blood glucose, Foley care/empty, bladder scan, remove PIV's, empty ostomy pouches, sitter 1:1care, operate all lift equipment, postmortem care, occupied bed changes, BH/Withdrawal patients, donning/doffing PPE, attach telemetry leads, strict I & O's for drains, ambulation assist/drains/walker, chest tubes, gait belt application/usage
  Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift
