Job Description:
A company is looking for an FHA Claim Processing Specialist
responsible for filing loss mitigation home retention claims.
Key Responsibilities
File non-conveyance loss mitigation claims within investor/insurer
timeframes
Process and track partial claim documentation for recording
Monitor daily reports, follow up on outstanding claims, and resolve
exceptions on suspended funds
Required Qualifications
Two to four years of related experience and/or training
Knowledge and experience with FHA claims and default guidelines
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time
effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel knowledge
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle high volumes in
a fast-paced environment
