Description:Looking for a Project Coordinator to sit onsite 2-3 days a week and assist with various capital projects currently in flight - Administrative work that is technical in nature - follow procedures necessary to get PO's created, put proposal documents together, track down PO's through the system to vendors - most is materials purchasing. - Experience in progress reporting and spend tracking. - When they get an invoice, they will need to verify it is correct then track spend against project budgets. - SAP is the ERP at the root, from above that there is a more detailed level of budgeting work all done in excel. - SAP is required for this backfill role. The person they are backfilling had the experience and it helped them realize how critical it is.Skills:project tracking, budgeting, purchase order, SharePoint, Project management, Schedule meetings, ReportingTop Skills Details:project tracking, budgeting, purchase orderAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with operational technologies.
