Job Description:
A company is looking for a Site Operations Specialist to support
day-to-day asset management and reporting needs for a major
customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operations within a managed services contract, ensuring
service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing
day-to-day support and advice
Implement process improvements and document current practices to
enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications and Education:
Minimum of five years of customer service experience, preferably in
asset management and maintenance support
Experience with Excel-based report creation and management
Significant experience interacting with customers at various
levels, including executives
Experience in delivering operations through technology
solutions
Associate's degree or 4-6 years of relevant experience
