Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to lead technical
integrations within their ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive technical pre-sales efforts for complex customers, focusing
on integrations and solution design
Act as a subject matter expert for EdTech/K-12 technical needs,
guiding districts through integration planning
Provide technical leadership and coaching within the Solutions
Engineering team while maintaining documentation on integration
processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions
architecture, or technical sales roles, preferably in SaaS or
EdTech
Expertise in API integrations, Microsoft Entra, SSO configurations,
and data modeling/ETL for large-scale clients
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Active
Directory and SQL
Proven ability to shape and implement strategic pre-sales
processes
Commitment to a customer-centric approach and experience in the
EdTech or K-12 sector
