Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Buyer responsible for the
procurement of various components, machines, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate favorable prices and terms for complex procurements
Administer purchase orders and manage supplier relationships
Conduct price and cost analysis, supporting proposals and
procurement processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a
Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience, or a HS Diploma with
8+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience buying tangible goods is required
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
Knowledge of government contracts preferred
CostPoint experience preferred
