FV423 – IT Technician
4 Month Engagement
Start Date: 01/05/2015
End Date: 05/30/2015

Position:
*An IT department assistant to support the Client IT Data Center Support staff at various metro area locations.
*Some off-shift work is possible.

Skills:
• Racking and un-racking servers, appliances, automatic transfer switches and power distribution units.
• Labeling and installing CAT6 cables, Fiber cables and power cables. Following cable management standards.
• Performing LTO4 tape library migration process. Requesting tapes from offsite storage vendor.
• Media inventory and destruction.
• Updating rack elevation files.
• Daily hardware check and physical plant inspection.
• Able to lift 70lbs.
• Valid MN Driver License
