Overview
Highland Path is seeking Lead Resident Assistants ( Home Health
Aide / CNA / Caregiver / Resident Assistant ) to join our team!
Current openings include:
* AM 5:45am - 2:00pm (Full time and Part time)
* PM 1:45pm - 10:00pm (Full time and Part time)
* NOC 9:45pm - 6:00am (Full time and Part time)
Job Description:
Assist other Resident Assistants and Resident Aides in the
provision of care and services to the residents. Serve as a role
model and resource to other Resident Assistants and Resident Aides.
--- Ensure that required cares and services are provided to
residents and documentation is completed. --- Obtain report from
previous shift and share with next shift. Review any other
supervisory communication materials and share relevant information
with other staff. --- Assist in the orientation of new team members
as assigned. Assist fellow team members with the completion of
their work when assigned or needed. --- Conduct auditing as
assigned.
As assigned, assume responsibilities as the Person in Charge (PIC).
The PIC assumes responsibility to implement notification and
communication procedures in the event of an emergency. In emergency
situations, responds, communications, and coordinates until site
leader or emergency response is on site. Site leader will contact
RDO.
Responsibilities
The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, (Resident Assistant) is
responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and
services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living
choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with
regulations and established best practices.
Qualifications
* To be considered for Assisted Living: caregiving experience
helpful but not required.
* Demonstrated competencies in person-directed,
elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking,
teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
* Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating
philosophies.
* Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the
English language to communicate with all customers.
Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.41 - $22.34
per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical
starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many
factors including each individual employee's qualifications and
market conditions and is subject to change.

hours per week:
