    • Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
    • Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 3 years of Nursing Home Administration experience is required, 4+ years is preferred.
    • Desired skills include being a hard worker, resilient, managing change well, and being socially adept.
      • Schedule Information
      • Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
      • Shifts are typically 9 hours long, from 8am to 5pm.
      • Evening call may be required as needed.
      • Shift start and end times, weekend rotation, and holiday rotation to be discussed with the manager.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Candidate will be managing facilities that are typically set for 50 beds/residents with a current average of 30 residents.
          • Additional Details
          • Matrix EMR experience preferred.
          • Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of an accepted offer.
