This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.Responsibilities:Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.Work Schedule:Fun & Collective Team with competitive benefits!Candidate has the ability to customize schedule as needed within the working schedule below or work the entire schedule.Monday: 6:30am - 2:15pmTuesday: 6:30am - 2:15pmWednesday: 1:30pm - 8:15pmThursday: 1:30pm - 8:15pmFriday: 8:30am to 4:15pmCompany Information: We love our communities!
