    • Required for RNs: Nursery, NICU, L&D, Peds ICU (level I)
    • TNCC and/or ENPC will be required for RNs working ER/ED.
    • ENPC and/or TNCC will be required for RNs working ER/ED.
    • Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start. WI CNA license is required. No waivers or out of state licenses accepted.
    • RNs and LPN/LVNs only. Must be ran within 30 days prior to start date.
    • Color vision screening required within a year of start. Not required annually starting 3/25/2024.
    • Flu vaccine required during flu season. New candidates must have flu vaccine documentation on file by 11/1/2024. Deadline for working candidates is 12/2/2024.
