You are to adhere to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization to support and promote current practice in alignment with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Supervise and direct nursing department through clear communication and accountability

* Monitor overall clinical status of residents

* Provide staff education through monthly meetings, rounding, and hallway coaching

* Take on-call rotation with other nursing leaders

* Attend care conferences and nutrition and hydration meetings frequently

* Assist in identifying performance improvement activities

* Perform additional duties as assigned

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have an active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
