Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Data
Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data management activities and timelines throughout study
phases
Oversee data management CROs to ensure timely and quality
deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional data reviews and proactively address
data trends
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required
10+ years of data management experience in the pharmaceutical,
biotech, or CRO industry
Hands-on knowledge of CRF and EDC design, review, and
validation
Knowledge of SDTM and experience in transforming raw data into
these standards
Understanding of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements
