Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Client Delivery Solutions
to design and implement client-specific solutions in the eDiscovery
space.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project initiation and develop workflows for new
matters
Manage client support and serve as the first point of escalation
for issues
Develop and maintain standardized processes for complex eDiscovery
projects
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or a minimum of 7 years in the litigation
support/legal industry
5+ years of Relativity administrator experience
Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Master
certification
Expertise in the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM)
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within budgetary
and schedule constraints
