Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an experienced Manager to
lead program engineering teams responsible for the development and
manufacture of Medium Caliber Ammunition (MCA) for various branches
of the United States Military as well as an international
commercial customer base. This position will reside with the
Armament Systems Program Office based in Plymouth, MN but will
provide support for multiple internal and external manufacturing
sites around the US.
Position Description:
As a strategic member of the MCA Engineering leadership, the
Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring all activities in
given area of responsibility employ technical rigor and sound
engineering processes to facilitate an efficient and high
performing culture. The successful candidate will be relied upon to
lead, coach, and direct engineering team members in efforts which
support business unit deliverables and strategic objectives, drive
timely and data-driven decision making, and growth of the team to
increasingly higher levels of performance.

Salary Range: $131,800 - $197,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays
and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
