Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer for their
Enterprise Cloud team.
Key Responsibilities
Solve complex technical issues for customers through
troubleshooting and collaboration
Maintain transparency and provide updates on customer cases
Advocate for customer needs with internal teams and contribute to
support improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technical support, software services, and
system administration
3+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers
Experience in de-escalating customer issues and mentoring team
members
Proficiency in writing and updating SQL queries
Understanding of network technologies and troubleshooting
methods
