Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services
Specialist, IV/Auths to handle insurance verifications and
authorizations in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Verify insurance coverage benefits and calculate patient
out-of-pocket costs
Send and follow up on authorization requests for genetic
testing
Coordinate with vendors to obtain timely prior authorizations and
report issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of insurance and authorization experience
Strong understanding of benefits, deductibles, and out-of-pocket
calculations
Experience working on IVS/Auth from the provider side
Knowledge of Ancillary Rules
