Job Description Summer Help - Colby, WIThis is a part-time,
hourly position.Reports To: HR ManagerGENERAL REQUIREMENTS Work
collaboratively in a team environment to maintain an adequate work
force.Develop positive working relationships with personnel.Serve
as a liaison between senior management and floor level workers.Work
requires professional written and verbal communication and
interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills knowledge and
skills.Adhere to work 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved
by Manager.QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of and ability to
follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Follow and monitor
to assure all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines are implemented
and followed.SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Be aware of and follow up to date
OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.Be aware of
your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards
such as pallets or cords when entering the production area.Wear
appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering the
production area.EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or
EquivalentJOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in various departments as
request throughout the summer.Enter data into different databases
to assist the different departments to update their information
accurately.File paperwork as necessary for the departments.Cover
for vacations as necessary.Work out in production and the
shipping/receiving office as needed.Respond to reports of
suspicious activity related to food defense.ADM requires the
