The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:Developing product specifications and designs using CAD and SolidWorksIdentifying and implementing improvements for electronic productsWorking with IoT technologyContributing to the integration of IoT in devicesWorking with consumer electronics products that have potential life-saving applicationsParticipating in discussions regarding the company's product directionCollaborating with a team of test lab engineers, mechanical engineers, technicians, and product development engineersCollaborating with attorneys to address patent considerationsAssisting in the patent processThe ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:A bachelor's degree in electrical engineeringAt least two years of experience in consumer product developmentExposure to Printed Circuit Board Assembly for at least one yearFamiliarity with IoT technologies for at least one yearKnowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electromagnetic InterferenceUnderstanding of Radio Frequency and wireless communicationExperience with EDA Tools for Printed Circuit Board AssemblyA consistent work historyMust be a U.S. citizen or possess a green cardResidence within a 45-minute commute of Chippewa Fallsby Jobble
